"I think the main thing that sets Suma Design apart from other builders is that Mark is a part of the process the entire step of the way. He was there for every decision we made whether it be cabinets, electrical placement, plumbing/faucet placement, tile choice/layout, landscaping, smart home design… EVERYTHING! I love the fact that my home is unique. This our second Suma Design home and both have stood out from any others that I have ever seen in the Kansas City area. One of the favorite features of our current home built by Suma Design is the folding telescopic doors that lead to an amazing screened in porch with modern gas fireplace and TV. Some other features we love and get compliments on all the time by family/friends include the large open shower in the master bathroom, stair-stepped lighted bottle display in the bar area, hidden projector screen in the media area downstairs and of course the Control4 smart home technology that lets you control anything with your voice or the touch of a button (Installed by Independence Audio)."

Mark always had our back with the vendors and would answer my questions so I truly understood what was going on.
